TRIED TO SCAM ME. My sister’s car had a slow leak, so I brought it in expecting a simple tire repair. I left the car with them for over an hour, only to get a call saying the tire was “not repairable” because the leak was on the sidewall. They then told me that all four tires needed to be replaced. Before agreeing to anything, I asked to see the tire myself. When I got there, the leak was not on the sidewall at all and was in a completely repairable area. I told them to just put air in the tire so I could leave. I took it to a nearby gas station, where they repaired the exact same tire in about 2 minutes for $10. Either they completely misdiagnosed something as basic as a tire puncture, or they were trying to sell me four new tires that I did not need. Neither is acceptable. If I hadn’t asked to see the tire myself, I could have spent hundreds of dollars replacing four perfectly good tires. Definitely get a second opinion before approving any work here.

Starting from getting an appointment to getting the servicing done here was super easy and convenient. The advisor hannah took time and effort to make it even more easy for me. Definitely recommend it.

Needed to have my tire repaired from a nail stick thru, which turned out needing a whole tire replacement (due to location of nail). Hannah was very helpful and explained things clearly, she was also thoughtful with helping me find the best option for my budget and needs w reasonable pricing. I neglected to check their closing times on Saturday (4pm instead of 6pm) but Hannah was very kind and waited for me (sincere apologies!), will make sure to come back on time in the future! They changed my tire and also cleaned and oiled all of my tires, very grateful and appreciate their service, a solid five stars!

Although I decided not to proceed with replacing my tires due to the pricing—approximately $2,400 for three tires with insurance, which was significantly higher compared to other options like Costco—I truly appreciated your approach. You took the time to explain everything clearly, offered ways to help me save money, and even waived the diagnostic fee. That level of honesty and customer care does not go unnoticed. We’re lucky to have such a well ran full service shop this close to my house! Jason the owner treated me like family. He went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my new rims, tires and suspension for my wife’s 4Runner. It’s so rare to find a place like this and a good dude like him who genuinely cares about the customers. Thank you so much brother! I’ll be back for more.
